I confirm and acknowledge that the yacht is adequately insured for Third Party claims.
I agree to be bound by the Rules of the Event. Notice of race can be viewed here
I accept that the safety of the above yacht and her crew is my sole responsibility and in particular I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to decide whether to start or continue to race and I agree to indemnify any event sponsor, W.I.O.R.A., Clifden Boat Club, their servants and agents, against any claim arising out of my or their participation in the event.
I confirm that I am a current member of a yacht club and comply with ISA or other National Authority requirements.
A valid certificate (2007) IRC and/or ECHO must be lodged with the sailing committee prior to entering a race. No cert no result!
All crew racing in WIORA must be members. The membership fee for 2007 is €10 payable before racing.
All skippers must fill out a yacht safety statement. This will be with the sailing instructions at registration.
