Owners Declaration

I confirm and acknowledge that the below named yacht is adequately insured for Third Party claims.
I agree to be bound by the Rules of the Event.
I accept that the safety of the below yacht and her crew is my sole responsibility and in particular, I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to decide whether to start or continue to race and I agree to indemnify any event sponsor, Clifden Boat Club, their servants and agents, against any claim arising out of my or their participation in the event.
I confirm that I am a current member of a yacht club and comply with ISA or other National Authority requirements.

A valid certificate (2009) IRC and/or ECHO must be lodged with the sailing committee prior to entering a race.
